Located in Minneapolis, MN, this full-time position emphasizes safety, productivity, and process excellence, with opportunities to grow within a global electrical distribution network.

Competenze

• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, fulfillment, or related operational environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-functional operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Demonstrated success developing talent, leading change, and driving operational results.
• High School Diploma or GED.
