Crown Castle Ltd. seeks a Vice President to lead the Commercial team’s field sales, driving revenue growth and managing all customer relationships. You will develop strategies to maximize leasing activity and own senior client relationships across regions.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will guide cross-functional teams, identify opportunities, and coordinate with executives to meet near- and long-term targets. The role entails significant travel and leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12+ years telecom sales experience.
• Strong ability to analyze market intelligence and align sales strategy.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies for mobile operators, government, and service providers.
• Lead and manage a results-focused field sales team.
• Maximize market share and leasing opportunities with key clients.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with regional accounts and stakeholders.
