You will work in a hybrid model with office presence and on-site collaboration with customers. Travel up to 50% is expected as you expand Crown Castle’s footprint in government accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years telecom sales experience.
• Proven success in sourcing new business and hitting targets.
• Experience with government sales process and contract vehicles.
• Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Implement government sales strategies targeting federal, state, and local markets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities through government channels.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead through award.
• Build relationships with government decision-makers and partners.
• Drive CRM-based sales process and monitor RFPs/RFIs.
