Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Manager, Field Commercial Sales in Michigan to lead a Field Sales team selling WOW! Business services including Ethernet, Internet, and Voice offerings to SMBs and larger enterprises. The role emphasizes staffing, training, coaching, and forecast accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecom enterprise sales, 3+ years in people management, and strong communication skills. Travel to customer sites and WOW! offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years selling telecom services in Enterprise space, including 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in significant matters.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, PC Tools, and Billing software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor Field Sales team for WOW! Business products for 5–300 employee businesses.
• Ensure staffing, performance and training readiness of sales professionals.
• Develop business plans with each team member to meet goals and objectives.
• Maintain 100% Salesforce.com CRM usage and accurate forecasts.
• Coach, develop, and motivate reps to achieve and exceed targets.
