WOW! in Columbus, GA is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Sales to lead and elevate a team of Field Sales Managers across our markets. You will drive revenue growth, establish performance expectations, coach leaders, and ensure accountability to meet revenue, quality, and profitability goals.

You will own budgets, quotas, forecasts, and sales plans, and build high-performing teams capable of selling WOW! Business to SMB and enterprise customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• At least 5 years of experience selling telecommunications services in the Enterprise/GEM space
• 3–5 years of experience managing individuals selling to enterprise customers

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sales Performance & Revenue Growth across markets
• Set quotas, revenue and expense budgets, and forecasts
• Coach and develop Field Sales Managers and Representatives
• Maintain 100% Salesforce.com compliance and accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales and internal teams to maximize territory effectiveness
