Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Active FINRA registrations and insurance licenses, or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales goals through leadership, coaching, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve production goals across product lines by increasing advisor productivity and client acquisition.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable field plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coach and develop a high-performing advisor population with ongoing training and feedback.
• Monitor activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics to identify trends and close gaps.
• Collaborate with Office leaders to execute growth initiatives and enhance market competitiveness.
