Job Description

The Senior Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling CS offerings to customer stakeholders within their accounts. They drive new sales and cross-sell opportunities, working directly with customers to understand needs, communicate value, and close deals. Collaboration with Technical Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Support is essential to meet quotas and develop customer relationships.

Remote Role: This position is based in the USA, reporting to the Director, Financial Services Sales, and working under the Vice President, Financial Services. It is part of BU – FCC | CS | Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Travel approximately 20%
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Knowledge of industry contacts and brand presence in lending
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Negotiation skills and complex purchasing navigation
  • Effective communication in face-to-face and virtual environments
  • Understanding of lead-to-order processes in lending or compliance
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Quick learner of CS offerings
  • Goal-oriented and organized
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Analytical skills and industry knowledge
  • Experience in high-growth or specialized product environments

  • Develop account plans based on customer needs

  • Prioritize and respond to inbound leads
