Senior Field Sales Executive - Remote USA | Wolters Kluwer

Job Description

The Senior Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling CS offerings to customer stakeholders within their assigned accounts. This role involves driving new sales, cross-selling to existing customers, understanding customer needs, presenting product value, and managing all deal activities including pricing and contracts. The role requires collaboration with Technical Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Support teams to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Remote Role: This position is based in the USA, reports to the Director of Financial Services Sales, and works under the Vice President of Financial Services. It is part of the BU – FCC | CS | Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Inc.

Required Qualifications:
  • Approximately 20% travel required.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services industry and industry contacts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling approach.
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of lead-to-order processes in lending or compliance industries.
  • Team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop account plans based on customer needs.
  • Manage relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and recommend CS products to meet customer needs.
  • Prioritize and respond to inbound leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce data to pursue sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Articulate value propositions and collaborate with product teams.
  • Follow sales processes to close deals and meet quotas.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps with customer insights.
  • Support customer issue escalation as needed.
