Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Kingsburg, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base for concrete and building material products. You will develop new customers and work with marketing and product management to plan strategies that drive sales.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will create account and territory plans, ensure post-sales satisfaction, maintain CRM records, and build lasting relationships with customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in precast concrete, construction, or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating solutions for customers by leveraging knowledge of current product offerings and specifications.
• Establishing account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.
• Ensuring high post-sales satisfaction and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Maintaining CRM documentation to support quote and sales activity growth.
• Facilitating voice of customer engagements to understand needs for product offerings.
• Fostering and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
• Participating in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows, and seminars.
