Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in California to expand our customer base across product lines. You will develop new customers and work with marketing and product management to shape sales strategies.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll lead account plans, drive post-sales satisfaction, and maintain CRM records, while building strong long-term relationships and partnering with channel networks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and experience leading a sales team.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience required.
• Experience in precast concrete, construction, or building materials is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating solutions for customers, utilizing knowledge of current product offerings and the specifications of each.
• Establishing account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.
• Ensuring high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.
• Maintaining customer relationship documentation to support quote and sales activity growth through the Company’s CRM.
• Facilitating the voice of customer engagements to understand customer wants and needs for our product offerings.
• Fostering and managing relationships with channel partners to facilitate sales growth.
• Participating in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows, and seminars.
