Job summary

NextGear Capital, a Cox Automotive brand, is hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to cover the LA South territory. The role focuses on acquiring new business, managing dealer relationships, and driving loan growth across NextGear Capital's products and services.

The position requires a structured sales approach, a strong track record in outside sales, and the ability to work with Portfolio Managers to exceed budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years' experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Outside sales and portfolio management experience preferred in finance or auto industries.
• Familiarity with Cox Automotive products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including inventory financing and ancillary services.
• Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market and build a prospect list.
• Conduct cold calls weekly to solicit new relationships and follow up on leads daily.
• Underwrite initial applications and monitor the credit process with portfolio managers.
