Job summary

NextGear, a Cox Automotive Brand, is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative/Senior Client Solutions Executive to cover LA South. The role focuses on new business development and relationships with auto auctions to exceed revenue targets for NextGear Capital and related services.

The Senior Client Solutions Executive will manage underwriting, application monitoring, and onboarding of new customers while collaborating with Portfolio Managers to drive growth in a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field are required.
• Safe drivers with a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including inventory financing and ancillary services.
• Develop a sales plan within a defined market and build a prospect list via cold calling and referrals.
• Conduct cold calls weekly to solicit new relationships and follow up on leads with urgency.
• Increase loan volume and utilization through service calls and dealer engagement.
• Underwrite potential customers and monitor applications through the credit process.
