Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to support a major hyperscale data center client. The role requires strong technical acumen, relationship management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations, drive design-in wins, and manage strategic account plans while targeting revenue growth in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in connectors, semiconductors or related hardware.
• Ability to discuss technical requirements with engineering teams and translate needs to solutions.
• Strong relationship-building and account-management skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to a major hyperscale data center customer and drive design-in wins.
• Collaborate with engineering to understand requirements and provide interconnect solutions.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering and Operations to ensure delivery and support.
• Identify growth opportunities, build account strategy and pursue revenue targets.
• Represent Amphenol in technical and commercial discussions aligning customer needs with capabilities.
