Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Field Sales Enablement Manager to boost seller productivity by communicating updates and programs across assigned territories, partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities and drive improvements.

You will train the field, support the sales process, and collaborate with Marketing, Learning, and Product to deliver scalable campaigns and best practices that align regions with Paycor programs.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business preferred.
• 8+ years in Sales experience.
• 3+ years in field enablement and/or marketing experience.
• Record of thinking outside the box to drive results.
• Superior organizational and operational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a SaaS organization preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package and deliver effective training and communication to the field across national programs.
• Provide comprehensive sales process support and best practices.
• Partner with ASVPs to ensure new seller success and collaborate with Learning and Marketing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver scalable campaigns and region-specific drops.
• Leverage Revenue Operations insights to identify regional weaknesses.
• Understand and communicate internal Paycor processes and enable scalable workflows.
