Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Field Safety Manager to implement and maintain the company’s ESH programs across all project phases at the Clay, NY location. The role requires hands-on safety management, regulatory compliance, and proactive incident prevention to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to research and comprehend organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in managing ESH programs for large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence to drive safety culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reporting and presenting.
• Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and ESH standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and sustain a comprehensive safety and health program at the project level.
• Integrate safety requirements into planning, design, construction, startup and operations.
• Provide technical support to ESH teams and other project groups.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ESH performance trends.
• Lead and develop field safety personnel and advisor to client teams.
