Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an EHS professional to support the implementation of project ESH programs with a focus on fieldwork and regulatory compliance on the Lilly Houston Project.

You will perform field inspections, assist with risk assessments, training, incident investigations, and ensure safety standards across project phases. Strong OSHA/ISO knowledge and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor of Science in occupational safety, health, or related discipline with 3+ years of experience; or Associate degree with 5+ years; or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/ISO 45001 and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive working relationships with field crews, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Incorporate safety and health requirements into all project phases.
• Provide risk assessments, ESH plan development, and program implementation support.
• Prepare clear documentation and technical reports.
• Support safety planning, permits, and training programs.
• Participate in emergency response and incident investigations; root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Communicate safety requirements and integrate into contracts and daily operations.
• Conduct regular field inspections and monitor ESH performance.
