Job summary

Layton Construction seeks an experienced ESH professional to implement corporate, field, and office safety policies across multiple project sites in the United States. You will champion safety programs, review incidents, and support regulatory compliance while coordinating with leadership to improve safety trends. The role requires 5+ years in ESH, knowledge of OSHA/MSHA/DOT/EPA regulations, and ability to travel across U.S.

project sites. CCIP experience and accreditations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety & Health or related field.
• 5+ years of ESH experience.
• Accreditations preferred: CHST, ASP, CSP, ICRA.
• CCIP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement corporate, field, and office ESH policies across units/sites.
• Lead safety programs and incident reviews across projects.
• Coordinate with VP of Safety and Regional Managers to develop trends.
• Travel regularly across the U.S. for project deployments.
