Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Safety Services Lead to implement and manage the Safety and Health components of the ESH program on a long-term Pecos, TX project site. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary safety tasks, leading incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a demanding field environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to research regulatory requirements and write reports.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in field environments.
• Ability to support multiple shifts and tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing ESH professionals.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 Management System standards.
• Strong technical writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and health disciplines to implement the ESH program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs.
• Maintain ESH databases including incidents and corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis of ESH data for trends.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Prepare communications and incident investigation reports.
• Coordinate incident notifications and investigations.
• Suggest improvements to reduce hazards.
• Participate in employee training and emergency response.
• Coordinate ESH recognition programs.
• Research regulatory issues and provide technical advice.
• Support ESH field and office personnel.
