Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a field-based risk professional to conduct risk assessments, surveys, and accident investigations, supporting underwriting and claims teams. This role combines travel within North and South Carolina with strategic risk management services for customers.

The ideal candidate will have a 5+ year track record in risk management, strong communication, and relevant certifications. A valid driver’s license is required, and office work can be performed from a home base as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, STEM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of risk management, safety or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with property surveys and liability risk assessment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk surveys to identify factors and exposure for accounts.
• Perform accident investigations to support claims and underwriting.
• Deliver risk management services to clients and mitigate risks.
• Develop and present risk management recommendations to clients.
• Train clients on risk identification, quantification and control.
