Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a Safety & Risk professional to lead the safety and risk management program across our organization. You will partner with HR and operations to strengthen policies, training, and incident response.

You will conduct inspections, root-cause investigations, and coordinate with insurers and brokers. Field travel is required, with on-site responsibilities in the greater Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk management practices.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Experience developing or improving safety programs, policies, and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve safety and risk management programs across the organization.
• Coordinate safety inspections and root-cause investigations.
• Administer workers’ compensation and other claims with insurers and brokers.
• Develop and deliver safety training with operational teams.
• Monitor OSHA requirements and ensure proper reporting and corrective actions.
