Qualifications

Requirements

• Doctorate, Master’s (with 3 years customer service/leadership), Bachelor's (with 5 years), or Associate’s (with 10 years) plus experience managing teams or projects; minimum two years in managed care, clinical support, or pharma industry.

Skills

• medical reimbursement expertise, strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills; proficient in healthcare insurance processes, billing, coding, and appeals; experience with specialty/biologic products and payers including Medicare and Medicaid.

Preferred

• Bachelor's in business/healthcare, 6+ years' experience with biologics or physician-administered products, CMS knowledge, and ability to manage ambiguity.

Work setup
