Job summary

BridgeBio is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager – Rare Disease (Hybrid) to lead regional reimbursement and access strategies across a rare disease portfolio. You will collaborate with Medical, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, and Sales teams to support provider access and patient support programs.

The role requires 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement expertise, deep payer knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership. Travel>50% and a hybrid work model in the U.S. are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with reimbursement/market access or rare disease focus
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems (commercial and government)
• Experience navigating specialty pharmacy and hub models
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements related to patient support and access services
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

• Implement regional reimbursement and access strategy for BridgeBio therapies
• Educate provider offices on benefits investigation, prior authorization, and coverage pathways
• Identify and address access barriers within payer environments
• Support patient access programs and education on affordability and resources
• Provide field insights to inform strategy and participate in cross-functional initiatives
• Mentor and support fellow field access colleagues
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OIG guidance, and other regulations
