Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Recruiting to lead field hiring for hourly and salaried frontline roles across multiple locations. You will partner with Operations and People leaders to forecast demand, build pipelines, and ensure candidates move efficiently from application to start date.

You will combine hands-on leadership, automation, and process improvement to scale recruiting, drive speed, quality, and a great candidate experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including leading teams for high-volume hiring across dispersed operations.
• Experience building proactive pipelines across markets with different hiring needs and labor dynamics.
• Experience implementing recruiting technology and automation to improve speed, capacity, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead field hiring strategy for hourly and salaried frontline roles.
• Partner with Operations and People leaders to forecast staffing needs and align priorities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through local sourcing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Drive recruiting automation across outreach, screening, scheduling, and follow-up to reduce manual work and speed hires.
• Establish clear, repeatable processes from application through start date with defined ownership.
