CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Senior Manager, Field Recruiting will lead field hiring strategy and team across locations, partnering with Operations and People leaders to anticipate staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines for hourly and salaried roles.

Formación

• 8+ years of recruiting experience across hourly and salaried roles.
• Experience leading teams across geographically dispersed operations.
• Experience implementing recruiting automation and analytics.
• Ability to build proactive recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Strong partnership with Operations and People leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field recruiting strategy and team across locations.
• Partner with Operations and People leaders to anticipate demand and staffing plans.
• Build talent pipelines for hourly frontline roles and salaried field leaders.
• Drive recruiting automation across outreach, screening, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Establish repeatable processes from application to start date with clear ownership.
• Use funnel and staffing data to identify bottlenecks and risks to field operations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
