The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Denver, CO operations. You will lead site teams, enforce safety, and drive scheduling and cost reporting on large commercial projects.

You will build relationships with owners, engineers, and vendors while coordinating subcontractor activities and maintaining project controls. Ideal candidates have at least five years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a high school diploma (college

• Minimum of five years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Experience with safety, preconstruction, staff development, and client interaction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead subcontractors and field forces on the job site.
• Maintain site safety per policy.
• Develop and update the project schedule.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Update schedules with scheduling software.
• Assist with buyout of major subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities on site.
• Communicate with owners, designers and engineers.
• Maintain cost reports.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
