Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Senior Field Process Engineer in Boise, Idaho. This role involves on-site process development in conjunction with customer R&D and business units, focusing on new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field, along with strong experience in thin-film processing and deposition techniques, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to nurture strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a process engineer.
• Experience with DRAM and NAND technology development preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint process development and qualification of new ASM systems.
• Document NPI learnings to support future rollouts.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process performance at customer sites.
