Job summary
A leading semiconductor technology company based in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Engineer I, Field Process to enhance advanced film technologies. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and transfer ALD, PEALD, PECVD processes, acting as a technical liaison between customer engineers and ASM's Business Unit. Candidates should have a MS or PhD in materials science or related fields, strong hands-on experience with relevant semiconductor equipment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Relevant internship or academic project experience in materials science.
Experience with thermal ALD or plasma CVD techniques.
Demonstrated success in research related to thin films.
Responsibilities
Lead NPI by developing expertise in ASM deposition processes.
Troubleshoot issues and run on-site experiments.
Manage risks and maintain customer alignment.
