Job summary

A leading semiconductor technology company based in Boise, ID is seeking a Senior Engineer I, Field Process to enhance advanced film technologies. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and transfer ALD, PEALD, PECVD processes, acting as a technical liaison between customer engineers and ASM's Business Unit. Candidates should have a MS or PhD in materials science or related fields, strong hands-on experience with relevant semiconductor equipment, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant internship or academic project experience in materials science.
• Experience with thermal ALD or plasma CVD techniques.
• Demonstrated success in research related to thin films.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI by developing expertise in ASM deposition processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and run on-site experiments.
• Manage risks and maintain customer alignment.
