Qualifications

• PhD in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or related field; or MS with 3+ years; or BS with 6+ years.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and on-call if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide process support, installation, resolve and improve productivity for Lam equipment at customer sites.
• Serve as field support for Beta sites, evaluations, or first-in-fab installations.
• Design experiments, collect data, analyze results, and generate reports for optimization.
• Collaborate with customers to meet technology process requirements and address deviations.
• Develop new/modified processes and define recipes with hardware teams to meet performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and roadmaps.
• Represent Lam to customers and maintain high satisfaction.
• Present technical and marketing materials to address customer needs.
• Provide leadership and instruction for Field Service Engineers and technicians.
• Work with Field Service Engineers on complex problems affecting output.
• Coordinate analysis of failure rates and implement CIP improvements.
• Recommend design changes and monitor performance trends.
