Pristine Construction is seeking a hands-on Field Leader to run multiple residential projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage crews, schedules, and client relationships in the Silicon Valley area, with most time spent in the field.

You will guide trades, ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on time and on budget. Experience with ADUs and high-end remodels is highly valued; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in residential construction with 2+ years in superintendent/foreman/PM.
• Strong trade background; can read plans and guide crew.
• Knowledge of CA building code and Bay Area permit/inspection process.
• Experience with ADUs, new construction or high-end remodels preferred.
• Organized and proactive; can manage multiple jobs concurrently.
• Familiar with scheduling and job-costing software and field tools.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 3-5 active residential projects concurrently (ADUs, remodels).
• Build and maintain schedules; coordinate crew, deliveries, inspections.
• Oversee daily site operations: quality, safety, cleanliness, productivity.
• Direct in-house crew across framing, foundation, finish, and trades.
• Schedule and walk city inspections; address corrections promptly.
• Track costs and labor against budget; report progress weekly.
• Communicate with homeowners, designers, engineers; provide updates.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, field issues; drive punch lists to closeout.
