Qualifications

• 15–25+ years of construction experience, with 10+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing large-scale projects ($25M+ required; $50M+ preferred).
• Background in luxury residential construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction operations from mobilization through completion.
• Oversee daily activity, managing 100+ personnel.
• Coordinate and manage 35–40 subcontractors across multiple trades.
