Job summary

Pristine Construction is seeking a hands-on Field Leader to run multiple residential projects from pre-construction to closeout. You will manage crews, schedules, and client relationships in the Silicon Valley area, with most time spent in the field.

You will guide trades, ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on time and on budget. Experience with ADUs and high-end remodels is highly valued; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction with 2+ years in superintendent/foreman/PM.
• Strong trade background; can read plans and guide crew.
• Knowledge of CA building code and Bay Area permit/inspection process.
• Experience with ADUs, new construction or high-end remodels preferred.
• Organized and proactive; can manage multiple jobs concurrently.
• Familiar with scheduling and job-costing software and field tools.
• English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

About Us

Pristine Construction has been building across Silicon Valley and the Peninsula since 2014. We're a build-only general contractor focused on ADUs, custom sheds, and high-end remodels. We don't sub out our work. Our in-house crew self-performs most trades, and we hold ourselves to a premium standard for craftsmanship, schedule, and client experience. We're growing and need a field leader to run multiple jobs from start to finish.

The Role

You'll own your projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll run the crew, the schedule, and the client relationship, and you'll make sure every job is built right, on time, and on budget. This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time in the field, not behind a desk.

What You'll Do

• Manage 3-5 active residential projects at a time (ADUs, remodels, accessory structures)
• Build and maintain project schedules; coordinate crew, deliveries, and inspections
• Run daily site operations, including quality control, safety, cleanliness, and productivity
• Lead and direct in-house crew members across framing, foundation, finish, and other trades
• Schedule and walk city inspections; resolve corrections fast
• Track job costs, labor hours, and materials against budget
• Communicate with homeowners, designers, and engineers; give weekly progress updates
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and field issues before they turn into problems
• Drive punch lists and closeout to a premium finish standard

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in residential construction, with 2+ years in a superintendent, foreman, or PM role
• Strong trade background; you can read plans, catch mistakes, and show a crew how it's done
• Working knowledge of CA building code and the Bay Area permit/inspection process
• Experience with ADUs, new construction, or high-end remodels strongly
• Organized and proactive; you manage multiple jobs without things slipping
• Comfortable with scheduling and job-costing software, plus phone/tablet-based field tools
• Professional communicator with clients
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
