Job summary

ALIGCUS Inc. in Northern California seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead our NorCal ADU and residential projects. You will oversee field operations, enforce safety, manage budgets, and coordinate with design teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of residential construction management experience, deep knowledge of Bay Area ADUs, and strong leadership with proficiency in Buildertrend. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/M Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of residential construction management experience.
• Working knowledge of Bay Area ADU codes, permitting, and jurisdiction requirements.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Buildertrend and project reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and permit documents.

Responsibilities

• Construction Supervision: oversee jobsites, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.
• Project Budget Management: track expenses, subcontractor costs, materials, and profit margins; coordinate pricing.
• Subcontractor Recruitment: source, evaluate, and hire qualified subs.
• Project Scheduling: establish timelines and coordinate trades to prevent delays.
• Project Execution: own progress, identify obstacles, drive to completion.
• Inspection Management: coordinate city inspections and approvals.
• Quality Control: ensure plans and company standards are met.
• Reporting: maintain Buildertrend updates and management reports.
