Jobot in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Project Manager to lead residential remodel, custom home, MF, and ADU projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will own budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and the customer experience.

The role requires Spanish speaking, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, and SharePoint. On-site work with a reputable residential contractor offering comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2–12 years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience owning project budgets, forecasting, profit margins, and vendor cost control.
• Experience reading architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Strong contract, scope writing, and change order management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling tools; working knowledge of Bluebeam, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodel, custom home, MF, and ADU projects end-to-end.
• Own project budgets, schedules, and customer experience.
• Coordinate superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.
• Lead customer communication with regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop scopes of work, RFPs, RFIs, change orders, and contract documentation.
• Oversee material procurement, vendor bids, permitting, inspections, and building code compliance.
• Maintain digital project files, job logs, photos, and reporting in standardized systems.
• Monitor risk, insurance compliance, subcontractor agreements, and quality control across all projects.
