Qualifications

Previous sales success meeting/exceeding goals.
Experience analyzing sales data and market trends.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams; ability to resolve technical issues remotely.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with front and back-office staff within the territory.
Provide staff education on options for patient use of Specialty Pharmacy medications.
Become a knowledgeable resource regarding specialty pharmacy medications and Humana benefits.
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
Demonstrate adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented approach in dynamic environments.
Proven ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships across partnering business segments to support organizational goals.
