Responsibilities

• Account management & support of Restaurant Evaluation Program.
• Establish and maintain relationship with third‑party vendor.
• Partner with third‑party vendor to ensure visits for each restaurant.
• Develop escalation process to remedy concerns with internal customers and vendor.
• Compile and present updates on operations reporting metrics.
