Job summary
Popeyes is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Operations Performance Support to drive targeted operational interventions across the franchise network.
This role emphasizes Franchise-to-Franchise portfolio integrations and New Restaurant Openings, working closely with RGMs, District Managers, and franchise leaders to improve execution. Based in our Miami, FL office, you will visit restaurants, diagnose performance gaps, coach leadership, and translate observations into actionable insights to support
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or operational support roles.
- Strong understanding of QSR restaurant operations and performance drivers.
- Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Conduct restaurant visits to support F2F portfolio integrations and NROs.
- Coach RGMs and restaurant leadership on Popeyes standards.
- Identify operational gaps and surface actionable insights.
- Monitor performance improvements and follow up on actions.
- Build visit materials and performance summaries.
