Popeyes is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Operations Performance Support to support the execution of targeted operational interventions across the system. This role focuses primarily on Franchise-to-Franchise (F2F) portfolio integrations and New Restaurant Openings (NROs), helping stabilize restaurant operations during periods of transition. As part of the Operations Performance team, the Sr. Analyst serves as a restaurant subject matter expert, working directly in restaurants to assess operational performance, identify gaps, and coach restaurant leadership teams on brand standards and best practices. This role provides shoulder-to-shoulder support with RGMs, District Managers, and franchise leaders to improve operational execution, reinforce core routines, and drive performance improvement. The Sr. Analyst translates in-restaurant observations and operational data into clear, actionable insights while supporting the implementation and follow-up of operational improvement plans. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in our Miami, FL office.
