Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale restaurant operations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of new products, defining operating standards and procedures.
• Develop recommendations based on product feasibility, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• Create tools and metrics to support flawless execution of brand initiatives, tracking key performance indicators to evaluate operational success.
• Identify, test, and implement process or system enhancements that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and support profitability.
• Oversee core business categories and ensure compliance with brand standards.
