Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in New Albany, Ohio, is seeking a field engineering specialist focused on piping. You will handle work planning, material management, quantity verification, safety and quality control, inspection, testing, and subcontract coordination to keep field activities safe and compliant.

You will work with superintendents and direct hire crafts to ensure scope compliance, provide technical support for all piping activities on site, and help develop and execute field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–5 years of piping experience
• Ability to read Isometrics and P&IDs
• Willingness to perform field inspections on a construction site

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to piping superintendents and craft teams; implement ES&H program and QC program
• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans for major piping activities
• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate vendor drawings
• Prepare field change and as-built documentation
• Witness and verify pressure test packages and turnover documentation
