Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex facility projects. You will drive field coordination with superintendents, trade partners, and design teams, while owning safety, schedule, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of applicable construction project management experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing field execution, subcontractors, schedule, budget, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning through closeout, aligning with objectives, contracts and client expectations.
• Coordinate site activities with superintendents, trade contractors, and design teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, changes, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and reporting.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure disciplined execution across teams.
