Job summary

Turner Construction Co. is seeking an experienced field operations coordinator to support Superintendents and Foremen on multiple projects.

You will oversee trade labor hiring, transfers, and layoffs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure critical milestones and budgets are met. Responsibilities include aligning assignments with project needs, reviewing schedules and ROJ dates, and guiding safety and QA/QC initiatives in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations Manager for assignments of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
• Assign and coordinate trade field assignments across projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the job duration.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman and ensure ROJ dates are provided.
