Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced project leadership professional to support Superintendents and Foremen on construction projects. You will oversee trade labor hire, transfer and layoff, and coordinate field assignments to align with project schedules.

Reporting to the Deputy Operations Manager, you will review schedules, track ROJ dates, document field issues affecting budget, quality or schedule, and support QA/QC programs, with 50% travel and a strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or equivalent combination
• Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendents and Foremen on the various projects; oversee all trade labor hire, transfer and layoff
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman to keep critical activities on task and ROJ dates
• Document project field issues impacting budget, quality or schedule for the project management team
• Provide guidance for QA/QC program implementation and for Self-Perform opportunities and proposals
