Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Albany, NY is seeking a seasoned field operations leader to support Superintendents and Foremen, and oversee trade labor hires, transfers and layoffs. You will coordinate assignments across projects and help manage schedules, budgets, and safety programs.

In this role you will work with the Operations Manager, review critical activities, and drive QA/QC and pre-construction logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten years' related experience.
Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with MS Office, SAP, SharePoint.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions with Operations Manager.
Oversee trade field assignments and support project teams throughout.
Review schedules, ensure ROJ dates, and document field issues affecting budget/quality/schedule.
Implement QA/QC, safety programs, and Self-Perform opportunities with managers.
Support business development, estimating, and logistics planning in pre-construction.
