Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations including service, repair, modernization, and new installations.
• Directly supervise field personnel and ensure safety, quality, and customer service.
• Act as escalation point for customer concerns, field issues, labor matters and project delays.
• Manage field activities to meet revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, purchasing, logistics, accounting and field personnel for project execution.
