Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Proven track record managing field installation activities or similar experience.
• Training in basic Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including service, repair, modernization and new installation.
• Directly supervise field personnel and ensure safety, quality and customer service.
• Act as primary escalation for customer concerns, field issues, labor matters, and project delays.
• Manage field activities to meet revenue, gross profit, labor efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
• Support office/warehouse activities and coordinate with outside warehouses as required.
• Manage customer relationships, maintenance accounts, contract renewals, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present maintenance, repair, modernization and open order proposals.
• Monitor financial performance: bookings, revenue, gross profit, Opex, labor hours, AR, cash flow.
