Job summary

Extended Power is seeking a hands-on Head of Field Operations in Las Vegas to steer our field service teams delivering temporary power and generator solutions. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality service across active jobsites, while building scalable processes and leadership in the field.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical knowledge, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in electrical, temporary power, generator rental, or power distribution.
• Experience supervising field crews in fast-paced service or construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and generators.
• Excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Valid driver's license; Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for temporary power installations and generator deployments.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to client specifications.
• Lead field scheduling and coordinate crews, equipment, and materials.
• Develop field supervisors and technicians and build scalable processes.
• Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate with office team.
• Visit jobsites regularly to support execution and quality.
