Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for Transmission and Distribution to lead field service activities across assigned regions.

This role ensures safe, efficient operations with direct customer interface and incident resolution while guiding staff and strategic initiatives. This is a fully remote position within the United States, requiring strong leadership, technical acumen, and experience supervising field service technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering tech or related field.
• 5+ years of field service technician experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field service technicians according to company policies to safely achieve objectives.
• Coordinate scheduled activities, including on-call scheduling.
• Lead division-level strategic initiatives and manage customer accounts.
• Manage supplier relationships and service performance of authorized providers.
• Review field service reports and prepare activity analyses.
