Qualifications

• Ten (10) years minimum experience in the operation of oil and gas production facilities.
• 14 days on / 14 days off 12-hour shift work schedule.
• Mastery of mechanical skills.
• Ability to travel to remote locations by plane, helicopter or boat.
• Ability to work in arctic conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with leadership abilities and team focus.
• Good management, administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production field by field.
• Reviews, monitors, and maintains well reports and production records.
• Monitors and maintains spare parts inventory.
• Maintains production automation system.
• Supervises wellhead work and station hook-ups.
• Processes field invoices.
• Supervises field operators and contract employees.
• Assists production accounting with allocations and problem-solving.
