Qualifications include 8+ years of technical, wellsite/field experience and prior supervisory roles. This role emphasizes strong communication, timely reporting, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years technical experience within product line including wellsite/field experience.
• Previous Team Leader/Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess service delivery requirements and ensure manpower and technical resources are available.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of personnel performing well site work and job planning.
• Communicate job specifics and conduct pre-/post-job meetings with staff.
• Provide service delivery solutions and order equipment per specifications.
• Communicate with customers to resolve service or delivery issues.
• Coordinate engagement of third-party services and equipment.
• Ensure documentation and data accuracy for procedures and client requirements.
• Collate costs and information for invoicing and timely completion.
• Ensure up-to-date documentation is used and crews are informed of changes.
• Report incidents and non-conformances; participate in investigations.
• Track third-party rental items and ensure return to supplier.
• Supervise direct reports and on-call coverage when required.
• Liaise with client and teams to ensure effective communication and safe operations.
