Job summary

Hilcorp Energy Company seeks an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities across assigned oil and gas facilities. You will oversee field operators and contractors, maintain production records, and ensure timely processing of field invoices while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

The role requires mastery of mechanical skills, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work a 14-day on/off, 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience in operation of oil and gas production facilities.
• Ability to work a 14 day on/off 12 hour shift schedule.
• Mastery of mechanical skills.
• Ability to solve problems accurately.
• Ability to work long hours to cover/monitor field territory.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production field by field.
• Reviews and maintains well reports and production records.
• Monitors and maintains spare parts inventory.
• Maintains production automation system.
• Supervises wellhead work and station hookups.
• Processes field invoices.
• Supervises field personnel and contractors.
• Assists production accounting with allocations.
• Monitors production and initiates solutions to problems.
• Plans workloads and staff assignments; trains and evaluates staff.
• Provides leadership in operations studies and reports.
• May work across multiple fields.
• Adheres to company values and mission.
• Maintains punctuality and attendance.
